Ideal for 2 couples as well as a baby.  A large garden ajoins the patio and swimming pool, with parking for two cars. Rossignol has full electric central heating which makes it ideal for letting throughout the year.

Bedroom 1: One double bed. Fitted wardrobe. Fully tiled ensuite bathroom, bath W.C and shower.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Fully tiled Shower Room: Shower. Wash hand basin. W.C.

Immediately outside the Living Room is a patio with a partially covered pergola at one end providing a shaded area ideal for outdoor eating. The Swimming Pool is 10m x 4m. with built in steps at one end and a constant depth of 1.5m. The pool is alarmed for safety.

Important Details :
Electricity: The cost of all electricity is included in the weekly rental.
Gas: The hob uses bottled gas. There is a reserve bottle.
Telephone: The use of a telephone is available, with calls charged at cost plus a share of the rental.
Linen: A full linen service is provided. You will only need to bring your own swimming towels.
Maintenance: Included in the price is all swimming pool maintenance.
A weekly cleaning service for the house can be arranged at an additional cost.
Heating: Full electric central heating including towel warmers in both bathrooms.

We prefer if possible LETTINGS to be from Wednesday 4pm. To Wednesday 10am.
Rossignol has a garden to the front with a washing line and has lounger chairs provided by the pool for extra relaxation!
